Project/Programme Management

Our Work
Stellarity leads complex programmes to successful outcomes. We work where projects are high-value, multi-stakeholder, and often at risk of failure. Our focus is on creating sustainable work environments (people + places), integrating technology, infrastructure, and culture change into delivery that is practical, measurable, and accountable.

We don’t just manage projects, we recover, lead, and deliver them - while embedding ourselves within client teams to ensure programmes cross the finish line aligned with strategic objectives.

01
Enterprise Building Management System (eBMS) EU Deployment
Client: Global E-commerce Leader (via CBRE)
Sector: Real Estate | Technology | Sustainability
The Challenge
A pan-European rollout of an Enterprise BMS across 66 sites had stalled. Only a few sites were partially integrated, IT issues caused delays, and regulatory compliance deadlines were looming. Confidence in delivery was falling, with cancellation on the table.

Our Approach
-
Applied Stellarity’s modular delivery method, splitting the rollout into three independent but coordinated modules: IT readiness, site audits & remediation, metering validation.
-
Embedded leadership within governance structures, leading weekly prioritisation and tracking sessions.
-
Engaged engineering, IT, and operations teams across seven countries, re-establishing trust and clear accountability.
The Outcome
-
23 sites recovered and operational in 8 months.
-
Achieved 2.22 million kWh in verified annual energy savings, despite incomplete baseline data.
-
Rebuilt confidence, expanding scope from 35 to all 66 sites over three years.
Why It Matters
For global clients managing multi-site sustainability rollouts, our modular approach accelerates impact, maintains compliance, and reduces risk of failure.
02
Template Performance Package (TPP) Improvement Project
Client: Global E-commerce Company (via CBRE)
Sector: Industrial Real Estate | Governance | Process Optimisation

The Challenge
Template design approvals for fulfilment centres regularly exceeded 8 weeks due to unclear ownership and fragmented processes. This delayed mobilisation across multiple projects, creating significant delivery risk.
Our Approach
-
Designed three modules (Process, Content, Quality) to streamline workflows.
-
Introduced stage-gates, clarified ownership, and improved template documentation.
-
Embedded leadership in weekly reviews to sustain momentum and ensure adoption.
The Outcome
-
Approval times reduced by 30%, double the efficiency target.
-
Governance improvements adopted as a blueprint across EMEA.
-
Reduced late-stage rework and improved accountability across stakeholders.
Why It Matters
For businesses managing high-volume rollouts, governance frameworks must be fast and standardised. Stellarity ensures efficiency without sacrificing quality.

03
DLR Station Enhancements (Thames Wharf & Pontoon Dock)

Client: Transport for London (via CPC Project Services)
Sector: Transportation & Infrastructure
The Challenge
Major station upgrades worth £80m required feasibility studies and early design alignment across regulators, contractors, and local stakeholders.
Our Approach
-
Facilitated feasibility and concept design stages.
-
Aligned funding allocations and scope across TfL and third-party contractors.
-
Applied risk management strategies to protect budget and timelines.
The Outcome
-
Enabled the project to proceed to detailed design with regulatory alignment secured.
-
Reduced risk of scope creep and funding delays.
Why It Matters
Infrastructure programmes often stall at feasibility. Stellarity ensures early clarity so projects progress into delivery without strategic drift.
04
Crossrail Ops Readiness – Central Line Stations

Client: London Underground / Crossrail (via CPC)
Sector: Transportation | Handover & Governance

The Challenge
Five Central Line stations needed to transition into London Underground operations. Technical handovers were bottlenecked by risk closures, inconsistent workflows, and cross-team issues.

Our Approach
-
Designed and facilitated readiness workshops.
-
Streamlined issue-tracking and closure governance.
-
Embedded leadership within operational handover teams.
The Outcome
-
Bottlenecks removed, technical risks closed on schedule.
-
Successful acceptance of all five stations into operational use.
Why It Matters
Large-scale transitions fail without clear governance and risk closure. Stellarity ensures smooth handovers aligned with operational requirements.

05
London Trams – Sandilands Safety Improvement Programme

Client: Transport for London (via Lendlease)
Sector: Transportation | Safety-Critical Delivery
The Challenge
Following the 2016 Sandilands tram incident, urgent safety improvements were mandated across the network. Delivery required managing multi-disciplinary teams under strict compliance and public scrutiny.
Our Approach
-
Led delivery of multiple infrastructure and safety system modifications under TfL’s Pathway framework.
-
Managed software testing, integration, and circuitry design for safety systems including Correct-Side Door Enabling (CSDE) and Vehicle Communication (VECOM).
-
Coordinated with regulatory bodies to ensure all work met safety standards.
The Outcome
-
Safety-critical modifications delivered on time despite COVID-19 constraints.
-
Zero on-site transmission during engineering testing across a four-month period.
-
Established robust assurance processes that informed TfL’s wider safety governance.
Why It Matters
When lives are at stake, governance, clarity, and accountability are non-negotiable. Stellarity ensures safety programmes are delivered with precision and integrity.
